Replying to email

Replying to an email is very similar to creating a new email but EasyMail Plus automatically sends the email to a person who sent you an email. If the email you have received has been sent to several people then your reply can be sent to every one of these using the Reply All function.

Replying to the person who sent you an email
  1. Open the email to which you want to reply by clicking the name in the From column of your email folder.
  2. Click the Reply button.

    The Create Message window opens. Note two things. The first is that the To field at the top of the window has the email address of the person who sent the original mail. Secondly note that the text of the original email is included in the Message box.

  3. Type the text of your message in the Message box
  4. When ready click the Send button.
Replying to all the people who received an email

If the mail you have received has been sent to more than one person you may wish to reply to everybody who received it.

  1. Open the email to which you want to reply by clicking the name in the From column of your email folder.
  2. Click the Reply all button

    The Create Message window opens. You can now continue as above, noting that the To: and Cc: fields include all of the people who received the original email.
