Your Inbox displays mail that has been sent to you. The table shows the mail status (see Understanding the status of an email), who the mail is from, the subject, the date it was received and how large (in KB) it is. You can open an email to read it just by clicking the text in the From column.
If you have followed the exercise in Creating and sending an email you should have received a reply from RM. This will be displayed as easymail in the From column. Click this to read the reply from RM.
