The EasyMail Plus Options page allows you to change the way EasyMail looks and works for you. The steps below show you how to do this. below you will see explanations of all the choices in the options page.

Note: You must click the Save Changes button for each section that you change. If you do not do this your EasyMail account will not be updated when you navigate to another page.
Each section of the Options page is described below.
This section allows you to change your name and how it is displayed in EasyMail Plus and in the email you send.
| Display Name | This is the name that will be displayed on your email when you send it. If you do not specify a display name EasyMail Plus will use a combination of your First Name and Last Name. |
| First Name | This is your first name. |
| Last Name | This is your surname or family name. |
This section allows you to change the way EasyMail Plus looks and works for you.
| Deleted Folder Expiry Time | When you delete mail it is stored in the Deleted folder for the period set here. After this time it will be permanently removed. You can also empty the Deleted folder at any time by clicking the Empty Deleted button. If you set the expiry time to zero (0 days) then EasyMail will not empty the deleted folder. |
| Empty Deleted | Select this option to ensure your Deleted folder is emptied every time you log out. This will help prevent you using up all of your mailbox allocation. |
| Outbox | Select this option to automatically save a copy of each email you send in your Outbox folder. |
| List Size |
The number chosen from this drop down list controls the number of emails that are shown in your mailbox folders. Other email is hidden from view until you click the Next or Previous button in the folder display. |
A signature is a short piece of text that you can add to the end of your emails. This is usually used to tell the reader of your email something about you. For example if you organise meetings for a club or sports team you might want to add some information about this, or you might just add your own contact information or details of which class you are in.
To change your signature:

Note: The reset button changes the signature back to the saved version. So if you have already clicked the Save button you will have to compose your signature again.
To activate your signature
When the option is selected a green tick appears in the check box.
Note: When your signature is enabled it will be shown in all of the emails you send. If you want to send emails without your signature then you need to ensure the Enabled option is not selected.
