Moving mail

Moving mail from your inbox

You can organise your email by moving them from your Inbox into another folder.

  1. In your Inbox select the emails you want to move by clicking the checkbox to their left.
  2. Click the Move button.

  3. Select the folder where you want to move the mail.
  4. Click the Move button to transfer the mail to the new folder,

You can use the same method to move mail from any of your folders:

  1. First select an email folder from the left-hand column of your Inbox so that all the email it contains are displayed on the right.
  2. Select the email you want to move or copy.
  3. Click the Move button.
  4. Select the folder where you want to move the mail to.
  5. Click the Move button.
