The following section of this guide looks at each of the tabs and buttons individually and briefly describes their function.

Add Folder |
This button allows you to add a folder
inside the folder you have selected.

Addresses |
This button allows you to access your address book
when creating a new email. An address book is a list of frequently used email addresses. When creating a message, you can browse the address book to choose who you want to send your email to. To add, delete or change contact details you need to open the main address book by clicking the Addresses tab at the top of the screen (see above). |

Attachments |
The Attachments button allows you to attach a file to an email. Typical attachments are word-processed files, spreadsheets and graphics. |

Check |
This button allows you to check for new email when you are viewing the New Mail Folder. |
 |
Move |
This button allows you to move the selected email to another of your mail folders. If you select Move then the copy in the current folder is removed. |

Create |
The Create button allows you to create an email. |
 |
Delete |
The Delete button allows you to delete emails from a folder. When you select a message and then click on the Delete button, the message is sent to the Deleted Messages Folder.
Note: Once he Deleted Messages Folder has been emptied (you can do this using the Empty Deleted button) emails can not be retrieved. |

Delete Folder |
The Delete button allows you to delete a folder that you have created.

Save Draft |
The Save Draft button saves your current email without sending it. This is useful if you cannot complete it, for example if you need to look something up, or if you need to finish your session. The message will still be there in the Drafts folder ready for you to finish another time. |

Empty Deleted |
This button deletes all files that are in the Deleted folder. When you do this the emails are deleted permanently . |

Folders |
When viewing the contents of the New Mail, Deleted or Outbox folders, click the Folders button to open the Folders page. From here you can create, delete or select folders. |

Forward |
When viewing an email you may wish to
forward it to someone else, or to another email account of your own. To do this, click the Forward button. The Create Message page appears, showing the original message. Enter the addresses of the new recipient or recipients (or select them from the Address Book), then click on the Send button. |

Help |
The Help button appears on many pages and allows you to access this on-line help. |

Inbox |
Click this button to display the New Mail folder. |

Log Out |
Click this button to log out of EasyMail Plus. |

Next |
This button allows you to view the next email in the current folder. |
 |
New Contact |
In your Addresses and Contacts window, this button allows you to create a new contact by adding their name and email address. |

New Group |
In your Addresses and Contacts window, this button allows you to create a new group. A group contains the details of several of your contacts. When you send an email to a group, each member of the group will receive the same mail. For example you could create a group for all members of a club or a sports team. When you need to send them a message about your next meeting send the message to the group instead of having to send a copy to each individual. |

Previous |
This button allows you to view the previous email in the current folder. |

Reply |
The Reply button allows you to reply to the email you are viewing. |

Reply All |
The Reply All button allows you to send a reply to the sender, and all recipients, of the email you have open. |

Search |
The Search button allows you to find all emails in your mailbox from a specific person. |

Send |
Click this button to send the email you are currently creating. |

Spelling |
When writing an email click this
button to check your spelling. This button opens the Spell Check page. |
