Editing a Group
There may be times when you wish to change the details of a group, for example change the name, add or remove email addresses.
- Open your address book by clicking the Address Book tab.

- Click the Groups icon in the
left-hand panel to display the Groups page.
- Select the Group you wish to
edit by clicking on the group name.
The Edit Group page is displayed. You can now do any of the following:
- Add a contact to the group by
selecting the contact in the Available Contacts panel and clicking the Add button.
- Remove a contact by selecting it in the Assigned Contacts panel and clicking the Remove button.
- Add or remove email addresses from the Additional Email Addresses box.
- When you have made all of the changes you need, click the OK button.
